WORKING WITH ATTORNEYS FOR ADMISSION TO OTCBB

To the Shareholders of GENova Biotherapeutics Inc.:

The Management of GENova would like to take this opportunity to advise that company has been working with a set of SEC attorneys who specialize in assisting public companies and submitting all necessary filings to ensure that the company will get re-admitted to the OTCBB

As previously released, we are working with the SEC to ensure that any issues surrounding stock promotional activities and/or information released into the market is both correctly presented and that all new internal procedures are followed and SEC laws are all upheld.

Based on conversations with our attorneys, we are now confident that the company will be trading on the OTCBB within the next 30 days.

During this period we kindly ask all shareholders to keep visiting the GENova website for further updates, as we shall be making some new announcements about teams members in the coming weeks and also will announce the date for admission upon receiving from the SEC.
